Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Chart Beyond account and the data tied to it. This cannot be undone.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Chart Beyond and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings > Account > Delete account.
  3. Read the note, type DELETE (or your email address) and confirm.

Cannot open the app?

Send an email titled "Delete account" from the email address of your account to hello@chartbeyond.com. We verify it is you and delete the account.

What is deleted

  • Your account and profile (nickname, picture)
  • Your Hub and DM messages, and pictures you uploaded
  • Your trade journal, journal pictures, alerts and settings

What is kept

  • A community you own is not deleted; it stays without an owner
  • Records we must keep by law (if any), for the legal period
This cannot be undone.

  1. Chart Beyond'u aç ve giriş yap.
  2. Ayarlar > Hesap > Hesabı sil yolunu izle.
  3. Açıklamayı oku, SİL yaz (ya da e-posta adresini yaz) ve onayla.

Uygulamaya giremiyor musun?

Hesabına bağlı e-posta adresinden hello@chartbeyond.com adresine "Hesap silme" konulu bir e-posta gönder. Kimliğini doğrulayıp hesabı sileriz.

Ne silinir

  • Hesabın ve profilin (takma ad, resim)
  • Hub ve DM mesajların, yüklediğin resimler
  • İşlem günlüğün, günlük resimlerin, alarmların ve ayarların

Ne kalır

  • Sahibi olduğun topluluk silinmez, sahipsiz kalır
  • Yasal olarak saklanması gereken kayıtlar (varsa) yasal süre boyunca
